What Is Estate Planning, and Why You Need It.
Estate planning is the process of legally documenting your wishes for your assets, healthcare, and loved ones — so that when life takes an unexpected turn, nothing is left to chance.
If you're:
Raising children and want to name a guardian
Building assets you want passed on to family
Planning for the possibility of illness or incapacity
Wanting to avoid the cost and delay of probate court
Supporting an aging parent who needs legal protections in place
Remarrying and need to clarify your intentions
You need your wishes documented correctly, legally, and without gaps.
That's where I come in.
