Meet Eric Passeau

Hi, I’m Eric Passeau, husband, dad, real estate broker, and the notary locals call when they need something done right now.

My days start early with my two boys and often end around midnight helping people across Weatherford, Aledo, and Fort Worth get documents signed, sealed, and squared away. I built this service because I saw something missing: a notary who actually works on your schedule, not the bank’s.

I know the pressure that comes with important paperwork.
I’ve sat across from people dealing with last-minute real estate closings… medical decisions… family emergencies… travel deadlines… immigration appointments… and everything in between.

I built this business for 3 simple reasons

My wife works full-time, and I’m home with our boys during the day.
