1. Start With a Free Consultation
Tell me what you’re looking to accomplish and I’ll walk you through the available estate planning options. If you have legal questions or need help determining which plan is appropriate, an attorney consultation is available at no additional cost.
2. Complete Your Intake
Complete a simple intake so we have the information needed to prepare your estate planning documents. We can meet in person, at your home or another convenient location, or complete the intake by phone or Zoom. For most estate plans, documents are ready within 1-2 business days after your completed intake.
3. Review, Sign & Notarize
Once your documents are ready, you’ll have an opportunity to review everything and address any questions. When you’re ready, I’ll coordinate the signing, witnesses, and notarization so your documents can be properly executed.
4. Put Your Plan in Place
After signing, I’ll explain the next steps for your documents, including what should be kept safely, provided to others, transferred, or filed when applicable. You’ll leave knowing what you have and what to do next.
