1. Start With a Free Consultation
Tell me what you’re looking to accomplish and we’ll determine which documents may fit your needs. If legal advice is needed, an attorney consultation is available at no additional cost.
2. Complete Your Intake
We’ll gather the information needed to prepare your documents. We can meet at my Fort Worth office, at your home or another convenient location, or handle the intake by phone or Zoom.
3. Review, Sign & Notarize
Once your documents are prepared, you’ll have an opportunity to review everything and address any questions. When you’re ready, I’ll help coordinate the signing and notarization so everything is properly executed.
4. Put Your Plan in Place
I’ll explain the next steps for your documents, including what should be kept safely, provided to others, or filed when applicable. You’ll leave knowing what you have and what to do with it.
